Who is responsible for your data
This policy covers duelcasino.uk only – the independent information portal you're reading now, not Duel itself. If you go on to register at the operator's own site, its separate privacy notice applies to whatever happens there. This page explains what happens on ours.
The portal decides how and why personal data collected through this domain is used, and is therefore the data controller for that data. Any questions about what this site does with your information should go to [email protected], not to Duel's own support address.
What reaches us
We collect two broad categories of information. The first is technical: your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you view, gathered automatically through server logs and analytics cookies. The second is anything you submit voluntarily – your name and email address, for instance, if you use the contact form.
- Technical and analytics data, gathered automatically on every visit
- Contact-form submissions – name, email address and message content
- Cookie preferences you've set on this site
We do not collect payment details, account passwords or identity documents. None of that is handled by this portal at any point – it belongs to whatever operator you eventually register with.
Who else sees it
Third parties supporting the running of this site may process some of the data above on our behalf – hosting providers, analytics services and advertising partners among them. We share only what each of them needs to do its job, and we never sell visitor data to anyone.
Where a provider is based outside the UK, appropriate safeguards are put in place before any transfer takes place. Nothing here is shared with Duel or any other operator reviewed on this site unless you separately choose to contact them.
Your UK GDPR rights
Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have a set of rights over the information this portal holds about you. In practice, that means you can ask us to:
- Confirm what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it
- Correct anything that's inaccurate or incomplete
- Delete data we no longer have a good reason to keep
- Restrict or object to certain kinds of processing
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any point, where consent was the basis for processing
To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. If you're not satisfied with how a request was handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's independent supervisory authority for data protection.
How long it is kept
Technical and analytics data is kept only for as long as it's useful for understanding site performance, after which it's deleted or anonymised. Contact-form correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve your query and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you follow up.
We don't keep data indefinitely "just in case" – if there's no ongoing reason to hold it, it gets removed.
Protecting minors
This site, and the gambling-related content it discusses, is intended strictly for adults aged 18+. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information through this site, contact us and we'll remove it promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in how the site operates or in data protection law. Material changes will be reflected on this page, so it's worth checking back periodically. This version was last reviewed in 2026.
Contact
Questions about this privacy policy, or requests relating to your data, should be sent to [email protected]. For anything to do with a Duel account itself – deposits, withdrawals, verification – you'll need to contact the operator directly through its own platform.
This page is for information and marketing purposes only. We are not a casino operator, a bookmaker or an organiser of gambling. Access to this content is restricted to persons aged 18 and over (18+). We encourage you to gamble responsibly – for free, confidential support visit BeGambleAware.org.
